All of the skills, none of the fluff!
This course is a collaboration between Dr Hussain Gandhi of eGPlearning and Dr Ed Pooley of Difficult Conversations/Ten Minute Medicine.
The aim of the course is to understand why triage is an effective tool for managing workload, how to use robust decision making tools to organise your triage list and outcomes for each task or patient contact, and how communication can augment this process.
There is over 10 hours of content including interactive quizzes and written, supporting documentation to help triage feel less threatening and build rapport with patients and staff who may take time to onboard with the new processes and techniques.
